Cincinnati Proposal and Engagement Photographer:: Mike and Julie’s Proposal at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport
I don’t think I really even have the words for this proposal – it was just incredible! Mike emailed me about his plan to propose in the Cincinnati Airport, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVED that idea. Airports are special places to me, especially this one, so I was immediately on board. Then we talked logistics and I learned that he was basically going to be landing on a plane from Canada, walking into the airport, and dropping to one knee. There wasn’t much time for anything else, and I LOVED that excitement and challenge! (insert hand-clapping emoji here!) His unknowing bride-to-be was scheduled to fly out of the airport and back home to Canada that evening. So, after Mike arrived, his plan was to intercept her before she was through security. After a few anxious minutes of looking for her, she arrived and was completely floored to find her Canadian Prince Charming standing in Northern Kentucky. MAN, I LOVE MY JOB. Once they were officially engaged, there was still the matter of Julie was supposed to be FLYING TO CANADA. She hurried to change those plans, since Mike had planned another surprise involving a night on Times Square in NYC – YOU GUYS, I wasn’t kidding when I called him Prince Charming. Following every proposal I photograph, I give my couple the opportunity for a mini-engagement session. And these two KILLED it. They are the sweetest, cutest, most in love, and I had way too much fun during our time together. And who knew that CVG was a killer place for engagement photos!

I can’t even begin to tell you what an honor and privilege this was. And I can’t describe how much fun I had. You two are incredible people – and I literally only met you for 2ish hours! I can’t imagine how much your family and friends love and adore you.
