Louisville Wedding Photographer:: Cincinnati Proposal and Engagement Photographer:: Patrick and Carolyn’s Mt. Adams Steps Proposal

Patrick did such a good job surprising his bride-to-be, not once, but TWICE on this day. To begin with, she had no idea that the little detour they were taking to the Mt. Adams steps wasn’t a part of a run-of-the-mill date night. I had never been to these steps before, but now that I have, I can see why they are a Cincinnati landmark and why Patrick chose them for this incredible day. The downtown skyline was a perfect backdrop for this freezing cold proposal. I usually shoot a few quick engagement photos following each proposal, however, we skipped that this time because Patrick had another surprise up his sleeve. Instead of engagement photos, I headed downtown with them to shoot a few fun skating photos, all the while knowing that Carolyn was about to be surprised by her sorority sisters who were in town all the way from Arkansas. It was THE SWEETEST.

I love this photo below… “you got me TWICE!!!”Patrick and Carolyn:: THANK YOU! It was an HONOR to meet you and photograph this joyful and exciting evening. You are a beeeeeautiful¬†couple, and I absolutely loved having you in front of my camera. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
